Project Summary

Culpeper Hospital, in Culpeper, Virginia, a 70 bed facility was in need of a backup water system to ensure that they could continue operating their equipment during a water outage. The design of the filtration system had to be understandable and low maintenance for the facility so that anyone in the engineering department could start and operate the system with short notice.

OWM drilled a wells onsite which produced a poor quality of water.  OWM designed an Ultra Micron Filtration System with Micron Filters . Along with filtration design there are chemical treatment regimes in place to protect the system. Culpeper is now ready for any water outages due to Municipal water problems, natural disasters or the opportunity to subsidize their Municipal water supply which will be a tremendous water cost savings each year.
