Johnston Willis Hospital

CJW – Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond Virginia, a 292 bed facility was in need of an emergency water supply system to ensure continuous operations during a municipal water outage.

 The design of the filtration system had to be understandable and low maintenance so that the engineering department could start and operate the system with short notice.

OWM drilled a well onsite which which produced 30 gallons per minute of poor quality water. For this reason, OWM designed a Reverse Osmosis System with Micron Pretreatment. CJW – Johnston-Willis is now ready for any municipal water outage.

The system is also designed for continuous use to provide substantial and ongoing cost savings.
